outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; background-color: #fffdef; visibility: visible; margin: 0px 0px unset 0px;"><section style="text-align: center;"><img class="rich_pages wxw-img" src="https://qnym.aiwulongrencai.com/20260224/17719218721703417797.jpeg" /></section><section style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: 12px;">G319线武隆羊角段夜间违停整治</span></section><p> </p><p>当前正值春运返程与节后复工叠加期，结合最新气象预警、道路施工及车流变化，为确保广大交通参与者在武隆区国省道安全、有序、畅通出行，重庆市武隆区公安局交通管理支队发布本提示。</p><p> </p><p><span style="font-weight: bold;">一、核心风险提示</span></p><p> </p><p>1.施工管制（长期）：G319线银盘段（K2290+681m至K2290+821m、K2292+132m至K2292+272m） 实行半幅交替单向通行，限速20km/h，过往车辆和行人观察通行。</p><p>2.气象影响：仙女山、双河、白马等海拔1000米以上道路早晚仍可能出现道路结冰，桥梁、隧道口为重点风险点。</p><p>3.易发事故段：G319线白马镇边滩至江口镇黄草段，全程临水临崖，部分路段相对狭窄，过往车流较大，注意保持车距，避免强行超车。S205线武隆城区至仙女山街道段车流集中，避免弯道超车。</p><p>4.夜间禁停严管：G319全线夜间严管停车，特别是（交叉路口50米内、急弯陡坡、桥梁隧道口、施工段、人行横道、有隔离设施路段等）严禁停车；临时停车区域需紧靠右侧，开启危险报警闪光灯、示廓灯和后位灯，上下人员后立即驶离，违者依法处罚并拖移。</p><p> </p><p><span style="font-weight: bold;">二、安全驾驶要求</span></p><p> </p><p>1.恶劣天气应对：雨雾天开启雾灯、近光灯、示廓灯，禁用远光灯；冰雪路面减速慢行，保持50米以上安全车距，采用点刹制动，避免急转急刹。</p><p>2.施工路段通行：提前减速，听从现场人员指挥，依次交替通过，严禁加塞、抢行；施工区域限速严格执行，杜绝超速。</p><p>3.重点违法行为严查：国省道全程严查酒驾醉驾、疲劳驾驶、超速超员、货车违法占道；景区周边道路严禁随意停车上下客，违者依法处罚并拖移。</p><p>4.事故快处快赔：轻微剐蹭事故牢记“车靠边、人撤离、即报警”，使用“交管12123”APP快速处理，避免占用车道引发拥堵。</p><p> </p><p><span style="font-weight: bold;">三、行人注意事项</span></p><p> </p><p>1.走人行道，靠路边行：行人应在人行道内行走，无人行道时面向来车方向靠路边行走，不占用机动车道 。</p><p>2.一停二看三通过：横过道路（含路口）走人行横道或过街设施，无设施时选择视野开阔点，先停、再左右观察来车，确认安全后快速直行，不在车辆临近时突然横穿或中途折返 。</p><p>3.夜间醒目保安全：夜间出行穿鲜艳亮色衣物或带反光物品（手电、反光棒等），提高被车辆发现概率；远离大型车辆视线盲区，不与大车并行或在其后方久留。</p><p>4.不占道不逗留：多人同行时前后纵向行走，不并肩并行占路；不在路口、车道边嬉戏、逗留、低头看手机，避免疏忽引发危险。</p><section class="mp_common_sticker_iframe_wrp"></section><p> </p><p>请广大驾驶员朋友合理规划行程，错峰出行，严格遵守交通法规，共同维护武隆区国省道道路交通秩序。平安是回家的路，更是复工的路！</p><p> </p><p style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);
